In the classroom she is always positive and enthusiastic and relates well to her students. Outside of the classroom, Daugherty volunteers for many departmental duties when volunteers are needed and she is always positive and friendly with fellow division members.
Daugherty has served as the EIBEA vice president for the past two years and acts as EIBEA representative to the IBEA board, where she represents her regional organization.
